Tracking all the pages is good practice. But sometime it becomes cumbersome also because you have so much of data and not sure how to evaluate the same.
I think Page tagging and defining High valued content in the website is more useful. That way you know if customer visited defined high valued section of your website... chances of conversions are higher for the users who visit your High value section. So instead of following all the contacts visited your website you can pay more attention to the contacts who have visited the High Value section of the website.
