Eloqua doesn't track change history on a field-by-field basis. What I've done with some clients is set up a program that updates ALL lead scores every Sunday, or something similar, so that you know you're always picking up the most recent if it went down. You'd have this on top of whatever process you already have that's updating scores as they reach a certain level.
