We are currently using a default unsubscribe page (when someone clicks the link they are automatically unsubscribed and sent to the default page). I would like to change this process so when someone clicks the unsubscribe button, they are sent to a confirmation page where they must check a box to unsubscribe. Do I need to create a subscription center for this? We are not currently using email groups to manage subscriptions (something we would like to do in the future) so this page would only house only basic text and a check box to unsubscribe.
