I'm using the API to create a contact segment on the fly, refresh it using the queue/count method and then retrieve all the contacts from it for further processing. After I retrieve the contacts, I'd like to delete the segment since it was really meant for temporary use. However, when I use the API to issue a DELETE request to https://{my_base_url}/API/REST/1.0/assets/contact/segment/{my_segment_id} the response back is an empty JSON array and the segment still exists when I look in the UI. Furthermore, when I try to delete the segment manually from the UI, it opens a warning dialog saying "This item cannot be deleted as it is being used in 0 other objects which are dependent on it. In order to delete this item you must first remove the dependencies below." followed by an empty selector. Any ideas on what could be holding this back or how I can get around it?
