There are a lot of campaigns being sent from our organization at various frequency to serve different initiatives.
I am wondering if there is a good template or example on how others were able to streamline or document the process in order to avoid surprises and ad-hoc requests.
For example, I am thinking that each Campaign request from another business unit should include a briefing on the business objectives as well as the email and campaign canvas to ensure the knowledge is kept internally.
Similarly, there are hundreds of email and there are no places in Eloqua to document metadata such as the requester, the purpose, etc.
How do you do it to manage the "demand" of simple email campaigns to specific lists?
