I have a few points that need clarification regarding the new A/B testing facility on a simple email campaign.
Firstly, how are the tests randomly selected? I need to confirm that it is completely random, or at least as random as possible.
Secondly, Is there a way to see the result as it was when the test element duration was reached, therefore the opens / clicks, etc at the point that the winning email was chosen? This is because I believe that after this time some emails can continue to be opened, clicked on, etc so I just like to be able to see the results at the point of winning email selection so that we can get the timing, etc of cut off correct.
Thirdly, do you think it would be possible that when doing just a subject line test, rather than a creative execution test, that this could be done using this tool, rather than having to set up multiple email assets?
Also, do you know when this sort of functionality will be available in the multi-step campaign canvas?
If anyone has any information / tips on using this to its full potential then that would be great too.
