I think there's a mix of inline styling and eloqua code: http://s578088344.t.en25.com/e/es?s=578088344&e=42611&elq=3ce8b0e88539472298807e1374e80198 To my knowledge no one has added custom divs though it does seem the system adds empty div tags and inline styles have been applied to some of those. For fonts we're just using Verdana and Arial so hopefully nothing crazy there, but it's the font sizes that are showing up differently, not the family. We are not using a responsive design. It doesn't look bad in the browser or in my Outlook, but looks very different in some of my co-workers using the same version. They are on a lower resolution though for sure and it makes sense that that could be triggering the problem.
