Hi Paolo,
In case this hasn't been solved check this guide:
FAQ for Test Visitor Tracking Scripts
What does Tracking Visits mean?
Tracking Visits validates the tracking script that is found. If the script does not meet proper syntax, the utility displays for Tracking Visits.
--In case you are using a CSM, check that the code is not being altered. This happens sometimes to avoid security issues.
The test results indicate an error for Tracking Visits. What might cause this error?
Possible reasons for a negative Tracking Visits result include:
- Non-numeric siteID
- Check the site ID for the web page you are testing to ensure that it comprises numbers only. Non-numeric characters in the site ID will lead to a result of --Double check site Id
- Customization of the asynchronous tracking scripts
- If the tracking scripts (elqcfg.jselq.img.js, or elqcfg.min.js) are present but they have been customized to the point where the utility cannot validate if links are being tracked, then results of --Customisations?
